We are a mother and daughter team in Carlisle, Cumbria in the north of England. We specialise in creating and producing high quality wedding stationery - everything you'll need from save the date to thank you cards.
But we also create stationery for any occasion - anniversaries, christening & naming ceremonies and special birthdays.
In fact, whatever the occasion, we can provide stationery that will make your day unforgettable.
Our Designs
All of our designs are unique to Special Occasions Stationery. People ask "how do you think of the designs?" We get our ideas everywhere - sitting on the bus, shopping or walking in the Lake District - something small will trigger an idea and before we know it, it's the next card in our range.
Your Designs
But we are also aware that your wedding day is personal to you and, before we start any consultation, we will ask for your ideas, or what inspires you, and try to incorporate them into the stationery theme. So if one of you is a mad football supporter, the stationery could be in the teams colours, using ribbons and decorations.
Only when you are happy with the design will we be happy with the design.
If possible, we will hold the initial consultation in the comfort of your own home so you can browse our range at your leisure and discuss what you think the finished design should look like. Then we will make up to three samples from which to choose the final design.
And don't forget - it's not just invitations that we can create for you. There's save the date cards, order of service or order of the day cards, menu cards and much more - all designed to make your day as perfect as any wedding day should be.
